Also the beer that introduced me to Stone (as I stare the remaining 22 oz. of my Stone 2008 Old Guardian bottle). What a great brew. And thankfully, can be found all year 'round.

I was first introduced to this beer by the t-shirt of my neighborhood barista when I first moved to Portland.
After a few trips to the Coffee Cellar, I realized it was quite appropriate for Hal to be wearing that shirt.

(Hal coincidentally became my cow-orker and eventually a housemate in those last days before the sig. other.)

The Arrogant Bastard has a special place in my heart, I still see him every now and then, he just lives up the street, sometimes he spins records at one of the neighborhood joints.

Oh, I like the beer a lot too. If you see it on tap, get a pint!
