I'd say it stands up to any Northwest IPA as far as taste and general yumminess goes. Stone is my second favorite California import, after Lagunitas. I love them for their Zappa themed beers, and for their infamous <a href="http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4176/is_20060524/ai_n16413792" rel="nofollow">parties</a>. Dude.
