I haven't been to this place, but a buddy told me about it, and i'm intrigued. He says it's cash only and you track what you drink and pay Sergio at the end of the night. He figures the bill up on the back of a coaster. Probably worth a look if you're in the area, but I'm not sure how long old Sergio can sustain this business plan…
